Here is a look at the most recent housing stats for Lancaster County.  With interest rates edging up slightly, inventory numbers continue to stay low across most price points.  The only price point showing any sort of improvement (500,000+) is mostly from an increase in  new construction homes.  And despite the rise in interest rates, the Average Sale Price rose 9% to $354,025.  Buyer demand is still high and many Sellers are still receiving multiple offers and higher than list price offers.  If you are thinking about buying and/or selling a home in Lancaster County I am happy to talk with you about how the current market conditions should help guide your decisions.
