Here is a look at the most recent housing stats for Lancaster County. With interest rates where they are, inventory numbers continue to stay low across most price points. The only price point showing any sign of approaching some balance (500,000+) is mostly from an increase in new construction homes. And despite the rise in interest rates, the Average Sale Price continues to rise. Buyer demand is still high and many Sellers are still receiving multiple offers and higher than list price offers.
