At last count there were just 301 residential units available for sale, that’s 30% less than last year at this time, and a whopping 80% less than 5 years ago! Interest rates have begun to rise, and are expected to continue rising throughout the year. So far the higher rates have not impacted pricing, as the average sale price is up 14% from this time last year.
