Yet another strong month for real estate in Lancaster County.  The Average Sales Price is up 21% from this time last year.  Interest rates dropped further, to 2.84% and inventory numbers are extremely low across all price points.  The strong market conditions are expected to continue into the fall.  If you are thinking about buying and/or selling a home in Lancaster County I am happy to talk with you about how the market conditions should help guide your decisions.
