Here is an update on the Lancaster County housing market. The low level of inventory continues to dictate the market trends, as homes are still going under contract very quickly, usually with multiple offers to choose from.  The Average Sales Price continues to climb, up 13% from this time last year.  If you are thinking about buying and/or selling a home in Lancaster County I am happy to talk with you about how the current market conditions should help guide your decisions.
