Here is a look at the most recent housing stats for Lancaster County. Inventory held steady in the month of November, as did the number of Sold Properties, compared to this time last year. Interest rates have dropped and are expected to remain steady if not continue to drop as we work our way into the new year. Here is to hoping they keep dropping! The lower rates create more buying power for buyers, which can be seen in the Average Sale Price, which climbed a whopping 9% compared to November 2023.
