Here is a look at the most recent housing stats for Lancaster County.  Limited inventory continues to be a challenge in our local housing market.  And despite interest rates dropping, the number of settled properties is down 8% compared to this time last year.  Buyer demand is still high and with few homes to choose from, the average sale price has risen 5%.  If you are thinking about buying and/or selling a home in Lancaster County I am happy to talk with you about how the current market conditions should help guide your decisions.
