Here is a look at the most recent housing stats for Lancaster County. Interest Rates held steady in July (but have since dropped) compared to this time last year. Inventory numbers continue to stay low across most price points. This has caused the Average Sale Price to continue to rise (up 10%). Buyer demand is still high and many Sellers are still receiving multiple offers and higher than list price offers.
