Here is an update on the Lancaster County housing market. The very low level of housing inventory continues to dictate the market trends, as homes are going under contract very quickly, usually with multiple offers to choose from.  Despite the  Average Mortgage Interest Rate climbing compared to this time last year, the Average Sales Price still rose 6%.  If you are thinking about buying and/or selling a home in Lancaster County I am happy to talk with you about how the current market conditions should help guide your decisions.
