Here is a look at the most recent housing stats for Lancaster County.  Limited inventory continues to affect our local housing market conditions, as the number of Settled Units dropped 11% from this time last year.  And despite the rise in interest rates, the Average Sale Price held steady at $333,350.  Buyer demand is still high and many Sellers are still receiving multiple offers and higher than list price offers.  If you are thinking about buying and/or selling a home in Lancaster County I am happy to talk with you about how the current market conditions should help guide your decisions.
