Lancaster County Housing Report

February 14, 2022

Housing inventory levels continue to struggle to keep up with buyer demand in Lancaster County.  The cold winter weather has no doubt contributed to the limited options available to buyers.  Interest rates have begun to rise, but so far this has not had a negative impact on the number of offers or the final sale price (up 19% from last year) of the average property on the market.  Hopefully Spring will come early (despite what the groundhogs said) and with it a lot of homeowners ready to sell!

If you are thinking of selling or buying a home in Lancaster County in 2022, I can show you how the current market conditions should help guide your decisions moving forward.
