Here are the most recent housing market numbers for Lancaster County.  Low inventory is the theme for our market right now.  Despite a worldwide pandemic, over 300 properties settled in the month of June, which speaks to the high demand buyers are placing on the market.  In looking at the absorption rate, every price category listed is at or near record lows, including the $500,000+ market.  If there were more properties available there is no doubt that there would be far more properties sold, perhaps as many as sold last June.  If you’d like to know how the housing market trends are impacting the value of your property, I am here to help!
