July was a very strong month for real estate in Lancaster County.  Despite extremely low inventory numbers and despite a pandemic, 678 properties sold, which is up 10% over last year.  Interest rates continue to be the main motivating factor in driving buyers to the market.  The increased competition among buyers has resulted in multiple offer situations and sales prices higher than the list price.  If you’d like to know how the housing market trends are impacting the value of your property, I am here to help!
